Consider:

| • | What plant and equipment is required? |
| • | Step by step description of the work to be done. |
| • | What will be done to protect your employees and other people? |
| • | What training has been done? |
| • | Emergency procedures. |
| • | Handling and storage of hazardous substances. |
| • | Protecting existing structures. |
