There is no right or wrong way to write a policy.
Policies are individual and specific to a company, its employees, its tasks and procedures.
The cornerstone of any company safety system is the "Occupational Health and Safety Policy", and this must be presented to all employees, who must sign acknowledgement of the policy.
It is essential that all management sign the policy, as it is their statement of commitment to keeping ALL their employees safe from harm, and ill health as a result of their and others work activities.
Standard and sample policies are included.
The master documents can be edited at any time.
All polices should be reviewed at least every year.
