This can be edited to suit your company activities.

If you are working on a contract site, the emergency plan will be provided by the client / contractor, as it is specific to their site.

Consider what emergencies are specific to your company activities, and what procedures need to be put in place.

An Emergency Telephone list is also available - add relevant numbers of manager, supervisors, local emergency services.
